An evening celebration of local produce through a unique five course tasting menu by Sacred Grounds
We often talk of the wealth of ingredients available on our doorstep, the rich Devon soil and sunshine provides such a bounty of beautiful & unusual vegetables & fruits and so, naturally, we decided to send our talented chefs into the wilds of the Devon countryside to visit growers, crafters and food producers, to explore the beautiful & unusual and to ultimately create one off flavour experiences to share with you.
Field-to-plate dining celebrating the provenance of the food on our doorstep. Plant-based & always innovative we’re excited to present this one off evening of dining to you and your kin.
Tickets are £34ph and will include a crafted arrival drink.
Natural wines, ciders, soft drinks and specially paired cocktails will be available on the evening.
Arrival is from 7pm with dinner service starting at 7.30pm

Warm broad bean salad w/ broad bean fritters + almond parmesan.
Summer produce salad with radish, raspberry vinagrette + confit garlic
Mushroom broth with shark fin melon, fresh herbs + local mushrooms
Roasted Oca de Peru, rainbow chard with a local herb pesto, homemade local wet garlic aioli
Marinated carrot ribbons with apricot + orange + homemade seeded crackers
Rhubarb cheesecake with shortbread crumble (n) (g)
Menu subject to change due to availability from the farms on the day, but please use this as a guide for the evening, tickets are very limited and your table will be yours for the entire evening.
