Sacred Grounds BARISTA / Front of house - PART TIME

Hours: 20-24 hours Per Week - Daytime shifts 8.25-4.30 / 10.30-5.00 Evenings: 3-11pm

Join us in our wonderful plant-based haven. Must be available all year round.

The Job

We’re looking for a friendly and welcoming person to join our brilliant barista / front of house team, with a professional and mature approach to working and communicating with our guests. We’re looking for someone who loves to talk about food and drink and who can be as enthusiastic about our menu as we are, we’re a company with an adaptable approach to working.

Previous Barista / speciality coffee and waiting experience is essential to this role, though more extensive training and product knowledge will be given.

Primarily we’re a daytime cafe, but we do operate regularly in the evenings so there will be some shifts in the evenings working the SG bar or FoH.

Attention to detail is a key attribute, as well as being confident, organised and outgoing in nature - if you love talking to people this is the job for you!

This role will involve working as a team player and helping out in all aspects of the days events - from taking customer orders, greeting customers, running food and drinks, as well as helping with cleaning and loading/unloading of the dishwasher - team work makes the dream work!
