It’s not every day that you get to meet a published award winning watercolour artist, but lucky for us we have one very special and talented lady that lives nearby; Harriet De Winton creates one of a kind watercolour wedding stationery in her Devon studio and has recently created a book on the subject titled “New Botanical Painting” which will be released on the 10th October and will be available at our sister shop No Guts No Glory (shameless plug, apologies)
Harriet joined us last month for a beautiful evening in our foliage filled cafe, her classes are for a maximum of ten people, so there’s time to really get-to-grips with techniques to create some stunning results that you could use over and over, to create gifts, cards or just for yourself as creative play! Which is so fundamental to our well-being, especially as we turn towards the creative colder months.
The workshop was loved by everyone, some had not picked up a paintbrush in years whilst others were there to improve their technique everyone can gain something from this lovely evening of playing with water, paint and making marks in time.
Harriets next workshop will be on the 23rd October from 6.15 until 9pm, the last workshop booked up before it’s official launch so do book early if you are keen to come along to this popular evening. The cost is £45 per person and all equipment & Sacred Grounds plant-based nibbles & drinks are included. All levels of experience are welcome! Book Here.
